The worst: non-communicative, late, unprofessional. You’d be better served finding another agent and company. Spent a week hounding her to update my policy, cancelled and got it from another broker for less and in 15 minutes
Like others have said, do NOT get your policy with this woman. She refuses to answer her emails and her voicemail is full (she won't call you back anyway).
she has never responded to any communication and her voicemail never accepts messages. She still bills me after i left 2 months ago.
Literally hung up the phone on me in the middle of the quote because she wasn’t happy about me asking questions about what the policy entailed.
Jo Ann helped me set up insurance for my apartment and promptly disappeared. She hasn't responded to my emails or phone calls in about two years, which means I always have to call the main Nationwide customer service line.
