This agency cost me my insurance coverage. Zero communication whatsoever! Even trying to fix the matter I had to chase these guys around. Moved my business to a different agent that was able to resolve the issue within no time! Would not recommend.
This is the worst insurance agency ever. I've been a Nationwide client for years. I started using this agency when my previous agent retired. On 2 separate occasions this agency has almost cost me my coverage. 1 was when I switched my homeowners policy through him. He took my check, set up automatic payments, etc... but never submitted the policy. So, I was having $$$ removed from my account and didn't actually have Nationwide as my insurance carrier.
