Nationwide is on THEIR side, not on yours at all. 20 years of on time payments, we have the highest levels of all their sevices, full tort and after 3 weeks we still do not have our car repaired. Sent us to a body shop. Nationwide was well aware it wasn't just body damage and the body shop is diagnosing issues their not trained on. Nationwide is a fraud they don't want to pay for damages from an accident. They don't make it easy for you when you get into an accident, be prepared to jump through hoops.
