This agency is over the top excellent!
Nationwide is on THEIR side, not on yours at all. 20 years of on time payments, we have the highest levels of all their sevices, full tort and after 3 weeks we still do not have our car repaired. Sent us to a body shop. Nationwide was well aware it wasn't just body damage and the body shop is diagnosing issues their not trained on.
