I had a hard time finding a good insurance agency to get my vehicle insure. I was frustrated, did not know where to go that I could trust. Because of the Grace of God. I inherited this agent from my old agent retiring years ago. I’ve been a customer with Nationwide for 25 years with three policies. Her office staff is pretty helpful and nice. Jillian Obrien is arrogant beyond belief. I had several issues with her over the years, most recently with a roof claim not getting paid when three of my neighbors got their claims paid in full Jillian kept telling me what her claim adj husband said, who had nothing to do with it, that basically went against my claim.
