This company and their disorganized claims people are lowlife scam artists. Fell on a property insured by them and because some pencil pushing jerk in NC couldn't see the freezing rain on the weather they said they would pay nothing. She had no clue about freezing rain,. They lie to keep from having to pay!! Never trust a Columbus Ohio companyÂ
