We left Nationwide and the Agency after we had a severely mishandled claim. Went to Scott Vanleer. He, I recommend. Should have been doing business with him anyway.
We have been using Kengersky Agency since 2005. They provide good customer service. I wish the same were true about The Insurance Companies whose products they carry.
Great people to deal with. Very professional and they help with any issues you may have.
I have no idea what happened! Had insurance here for the better part of 10 years. No accidents. Excellent credit and always paid on time. Added a few more vehicles to the policy and it started getting real expensive around 2022-ish. A tactic I noticed is depending on the already inflated rates, tack $20 or $30 more than what other leading insurance companies are charging for the same alteration, and never, ever lower the rates.
