I have had to call them multiple times to confirm insurance policies for customers who purchase vehicles at dealerships and they are always an absolute pleasure to work with
UPDATE: since i got a threatening email that I will be sued if I don't remove this post by Bob Lee : My 85 year old father received a letter (according to Lee) in September, but i have a letter from nationwide stating 12-12-23 with a list of demands that needed done to his house. My father has been his customer for 32 years! He was given 2 months to comply!!! To comply or he would be dropped. The list was unheard of!
