We enjoy serving these three diverse markets. Our agency writes Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance. I would not recommend this agency. I tried calling for 3 or 4 days to get a correction on a policy certificate and could not get hold of anyone at the number that is on the Nationwide. Phone would ring, no one was available and then it would ring at the extension I had dialed and then cut off. What a way to run a business.
They don’t return calls or emails! They don’t try to get you better rates! Then they don’t cancel your policy as discussed when canceling from them and leave balance with old company!
Tom was extremely helpful throughout my entire process to get my auto insurance switched over from out of state. I really appreciate the time he took to make sure I got the best deal!
