I never really wrote a bad review I normally just never go back unless something heinous happens which it did . This agency should not be able to insure your fish tank . I switched over to Jim securro when my last agent lost the ability insure through nationwide . I switched had everything on autopay they take a few payments out then come to find out they did not lift the cancel policy which nationwide and Jim admitted fault . Poor communication after being insured with them for 20 years. A bank mixup and our autopay wasn't working for 2 months. Got some auto generated emails that I admittedly skimmed over(because autopay). Then my insurance lapsed (then extended... also let me know with a auto generated email) and then was cancelled without a phone call from anyone. Been uninsured for a month and only found out because my wife was in an accident, and now there's nothing they can do...I like to know my insurance agent is looking out for me and not... read more
