I encountered an issue with the SCDMV when moving my coverage from SC to Ohio. I first tried to resolve with the agency in SC but they did not return my calls. Next, I contacted the Progressive main office help desk. They were polite but not helpful. Finally, I contacted Erin Aguiler, my new agent in Ohio. Erin went right to work on fixing my problem making multiple contacts with the SCDMV. Her efforts very much exceeded my expectations. I would, and have highly, recommended her to friends.
