Trash company! I got into an accident they never removed the car from my policy had me pay for months of insurance and won't refund my money. Took them months still to cancel It never buy from these people
The Erie agency added several transportation expenses under my policy. These are optional! When I asked them to remove these, the office lady told me these are required by Erie. I said these are optional coverages, printed in paper. She refused it. When I said "May I speak to James (the agency owner)?" She said "No." I feel bad for Erie! I would give many negative stars if the system allowed.
I did a quote online and never received a phone call. I’m glad I’m not giving my money to this unprofessional insurance agent.
