I learned this insurance satellite is -incredibly- just as slimy as Progressive itself ; they exist because of them and can sign you up in a second on the insurance company's behalf, but let a problem come up and they throw up their hands and say "That's out of our hands/ we don't have anything to do with this/that" which covers any problem you'll ever have.
