Called twice for a quote on homeowners insurance the first time I called the lady hung up on me and when I called back the 2nd time I got a rude lady on the phone basically calling me a liar I would not due business her very rude and unprofessional

Excellent and personable customer service. I have been with this agency for a few years now and I have never had even a slightly bad experience. They acknowledge me by name and go above on even small things such as printing my policy (even though it is online) or speaking to a third party to inquire about a question I may have. I highly recommend Walker Insurance Agency on Ramsey Street.
I made a payment online Dec. 15th. It wasn't showing cancelled when I made the payment. So I called the office when I checked back online to see if my payment posted but it showed my policy was cancelled. They were busy and said they'd call me back. I never received a call back even though they claimed they did. My call records don't show any incoming call from Nationwide! So I forgot about it because I had covid.
