Staff not trained? – I recently moved to Fayetteville from another state and wanted a simple regional transfer of my current Nationwide policy, which I have done before when moving, but the girl who answered the phone was unhelpful and wanted to "start from scratch." She said it was the only way. I told her I would call someone else. I called a different Nationwide agent and five minutes later I had my policy transferred without any hassle.
