I learned a valuable lesson: always ensure that your request is completed as per your instructions. In September, I called to cancel all of my policies, and thought everything was taken care of. I had a minor problem that was not being handled correctly by the corporate office. Kristy fixed it for me. Very satisfied and glad to have a local office where you can talk face to face.
