Unreal how this company treats the public. They were caught on camera flipping the public off. They cussed out a man for taking pictures of the business.
I just watched a video of the customer service people this office on a YouTube video. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Who do these people think they are ? Giving the public the international hand signal to go $#@% yourself. Not one employee but everyone of them. Mr. Dean must be really proud of his uneducated children working for him. I loved having Weybright as my leasing company at Butler! I had them for my senior house lease, and they were great to work with. They were very fast and detailed with communication, they were willing to work with us when we had someone leave our lease and someone had to be added on, and when some payment confusion arose, they gave us the benefit of the doubt and worked very well with us. Only reason one star is given is because of Nationwide as a company. Brian K Stennett does not deserve even a half a star. He does not answer calls for the number he has listed on his office door and claims he did not receive messages. He does not keep appt times and will call late in the evening with no regards to inconvenience to the customer. He bashes Nationwide and will try to sway customers to accept policies from other companies and will tell you that Nationwide is terrible and that he in fact is trying to get mos... read more
