I've been working with Madeleine for our insurance needs for the past 18 years. She has always been incredibly helpful, and is quick to respond when I call or email her with a question. Between my homeowners policy and fleet of vehicles and drivers, questions and changes come up between policy renewals, and Madeleine provides steady assistance. She also meets with me to review my policies at renewal to ensure I'm covered properly and update as necessary. Thank you!

I did not deal with Midgett Agency locally possibly they could have helped had it been their client. I dealt with the people at the 800# as their client ran his vehicle into our store. Nationwide was unprofessional, unrealistic and uninformed of the high cost and lack of companies to do the repair work in this area. They also paid an extremely low amount not even 1/2 of the estimate amounts and then deducted for depreciation.
