Do not go with this insurance agency. You can not contact them directly. The phone number on your policy and on google doesnt even go to this insurnace group. They are incompentant and the place that is holding our policy is telling us they can not find the policy and the number listed on our policy from Parks is not even a recognizable number. We have been paying for this insurance for two years and I am getting the round around while trying to file a claim. Hopefully the agency will see this and contact me.
I've basically been doing my own insurance for the last 5 months.. Glad I've been able to add and remove my own cars on line or I would not have been cover! - I've updated my rating because I've finally been able to reach someone and she seems very nice.
