How the heck does an insurance company run this way?! Always closing early or random days. What a joke of a business.
I went here to get an estimate for better, less expensive Auto & Renters insurance. I went back to them over a week later just 2 days before my renewal was due because, Ihad not yet been contacted. To my dismay, my estimates had not yet been completed. I was irritated to say the least. I was told that the information could be available to me later that afternoon or the next day and she added that my insurance would not expire until midnight the following day. I declined. I was disappointed. I expected better.
