Well I had a very very disappointing experience with this group. I had an accident on 12:15 newyears morning a drunk driver hit my vehicle after hitting 2 other vehicle in a parking lot I made a claim through this agency as well as the intoxicated ladys insurance. I did not hear from them at all during the process of getting my vehicle adjusted by an adjuster who would not even return our call.
