Thank you, Mr. Herman, for your totally inaccurate reply today to my 1 star review of your agency which you posted today. I tried to call you to discuss this matter this afternoon but your agency closes early on Fridays. I wonder why you stated in your retort to my review that perhaps I should call you? Been with nationwide for over 30 years are more filed one claim on homeowners. The storm we had a few years ago had put hole in my screen on my porch about pea size.had leaks spots in my bed room and living room all that I did not notice for sometime.Call a roofer my roof is 18 year old with 30 year shingles roof said had roof damage on the house. I've been with Nationwide for years but now they have given me better options for homeowners and car insurance
