Melissa is an excellent agent, she's very patient and friendly. I felt confident in my asset protection after she explained my coverages and limits. She clearly takes pride in her work, will be recommending friends and family in the future.
I have nothing but high praise for this office. Whenever I stop in they greet me with a big smile and hello (even when they are busy). Their rates and coverages fit my budget and they always make sure that I am appropriately covered (not too much, not too little). But it is their customer service that keeps me with them. They truly treat me like family. They are the best!!
