If I could give this outfit zero stars, I would. My family has been a customer of this agency for around 70 years. We decided to switch our insurance from Nationwide and went with a new agency for a variety of reasons. I informed my former agent at Jason Herman Agency of this decision. Yet, we continue to get auto-drafts against one of our bank accounts! Have auto owners insurance through them it’s an off name brand but still an excellent price point and excellent customer service for full coverage. I had an accident that totaled my vehicle and they helped me navigate my options and answer all my questions as I had never delt with anything like that before.
