I have been with Nationwide for years. I have not until recently ever had to file a claim. I have been called and told twice that my coverage will be cancelled if I continue to file a claim for damages caused by water damage in my home. Nationwide lies, does not back up the contractors THEY assign, and then threaten to drop your coverage for using the service that you pay for! They are NOT on your side! This office is especially terrible at customer service.
