I’m very disappointed with Nationwide Insurance. They left my truck in the shop for almost one year. I’m advising you guys that when you deal with Dan White and Zachariah Volpe make sure to get an attorney right away. They lie and come with unnecessary excuses.Â
I was a nationwide customer for over 60 years and my father and brother were both nationwide agents. When I moved from Ohio to South Bend my service began to deteriorate but my bill kept rising. After numerous contacts and frustrated calls I switched all my accounts to State Farm and saved nearly $900 for a six month policy. Talk about price gouging! The home office offered no explanation as to poor service. I guess customer loyalty doesn’t mean squat.Â
They will not return my call. They simply will not tell me if I am paying Gaxard insurance. Thats it. It's like a secured game. Shh. We will be changing company'sÂ
