If I could give zero stars, I would definitely give zero stars. I have never seen a business have operation hours and when you call you get no answer, there is no response to voicemails, or when I actually drive the business during operating hours and no one will answer the door. The absolute WORST! I have been trying to cancel this insurance policy with them for a month!
I call this Nationwide office and no one returns my calls.
