I have been with this Nationwide agency since the early seventies. The previous owner became a personal friend and since the agency was sold to Mr. Dyer several years ago I have developed a wonderful relationship and friendship with my new representative Joanna Bain. She has made the transition seamless and very pleasant. Anything I need or need to ask, I just send a text and get a very timely response. Candace Capps at The Mike Dyer Agency is the best. She has helped me numerous times with gaining the correct documentation for my Renter's Insurance needs, helped me find a lower rate for my insurance, and always handles the situation with kindness and grace. I highly recommend this team.
