Great customer service.
I yesterday visited to resolve an issue related to my FR4 letter. The front office receptionist (Im sorry, I could not catch her name) was extremely helpful and gave me clear directions even though my request wasn’t directly related to their business. I was then assisted by AJ, a very kind and talented manager, who quickly helped me sort out the issue. This was the best customer experience I’ve had in the U.S. so far!
