I had moved my insurance policy from Flecher a year ago. It was the biggest mistake I have made. After Flecher and I talked he agreed for me to come back to his agency. I was extremely happy. I had a few problems that needed attention something I couldn't do myself. Flecher and A.J. we're extremely helpful in helping me get the issues worked out. No other agency that I know of would have gone as for out of there way to help resolve my issues! I can't thank them enough!! N. Watkins
