As usual still waiting on a call from the agent. Will have to return to the office again for answer. Since our agent Chris left the office the service has been non-existent. No return calls ever. I left 5 messages once only to have to go to the office.
Diana Hardy provided excellent service in replacing the homeowner's insurance on my late mother's house. She was very diligent in ensuring I was provided with a thorough yet reasonably priced replacement policy.
