After cancelling my Auto and Home insurance, Nationwide decides to bill me for the next month and a half. When I refused to pay, because I had cancelled and obtained LESS EXPENSIVE and BETTER insurance, they sent it to collections. In other words, they force me to pay for something that I had cancelled. Poor company to work with!!

Adam was hardly ever in office to answer our calls. We asked for the same coverage from a Nationwide policy we had in a different state and were RUDELY told that this state does not have a contract for glass coverage (after we filed a claim for a windshield replacement, not when we were starting our contract with what we were ensured was the same coverage). Would not do business with Adam again.

At the end of our 6 month insurance policy we opted to go with another company. Nationwide decided to put us on a month to month without notification or our consent. They then charged us almost $300 for that month even though we told them we were going with another company. We asked them to pull the recorded phone call & they said they'd look into it & contact us... We called and called them to follow up.
