My go-to insurance agency in Las Vegas. Top notch service and communication. I unfortunately had a claim when my motorcycle caught on fire recently and they facilitated the situation with professionalism and courtesy in a very trying and difficult time. Well done guys.
Company is not responsive. I called more than once and left messages but there was no response. Once I finally reached an agent, I provided my information for a quote. The agent assured me that he’d call me back. It’s now been over a week & I’ve called twice since then. NO RESPONSE ON MY QUOTE. Needless to say, I will no longer consider this company for my insurance coverage.
