I would be careful when dealing with this gentleman. I rented the apartment above his garage for a year. At the end of the year, when it came time to refund my security deposit and had to leave town, he was suddenly unavailable. I reached out to him several ways, but he never responded to me to refund what he owes me. If his business practices with insurance are like they are with how he treats renters, I would go somewhere else.
