My Wife and I have been Clients/Policyholders with Brooks McCall & Associates for over 20 years and I just cant say enough about the staff there. They are always polite and attentive to my calls and are very quick to respond and have always been there to answer any questions we have had throughout the years. Our representative Kelly Eichholz, is extremely knowledgable in all the products she offers. Our sons are soon to be on their own and are looking forward to doing business with her! We highly recommend them!
I have never dealt with a company with such a lack of professionalism. My card got stolen last month, which caused this months payment not to go through. When I called to give my new card number, all is the sudden my payments were $39 more. I was speaking to a receptionist, by the name of Michelle, who kept putting the phone down to ask my questions to an agent. The agent got on the phone, and would not let me speak.
