The lady was very unprofessional very rude and not helpful at all when I called on June 29, 2026. I have been a customer since 2019 and I expected to be treated with respect. Life is already hard enough and kindness goes a long way. You never know what someone is going through or dealing with. When I called her out on how disrespectful she was being she hang up on me. It doesn't take much to treat people with kindness and respect and I don't feel like I was treated with either.
