Arrived to purchase insurance and was met at the door with the representative announcing that they were on a lunch break! I traveled there to get new insurance for my house and car, but this service was unacceptable. Maybe this company should hire other reps so that they can have a good lunch break and not have to sacrifice business or maybe lock the door and place a sign up! Please do better.
