I clearly stated that I only needed an insurance policy for one month. The agents failed to tell me that there was a cancellation fee. I asked and reiterated numerous times that there would be no further charges and was told that there was nothing else to pay when I closed my account. I later got a letter i the mail saying that I owe 40 dollars. When I called to address this concern.
