The service department, SPECIFICALLY RAYNA, has been so caring, helpful, attentive, communicative, and helpful while navigating an issue from a CARVANA purchase delivery. She helped me expedite the process of filing an after delivery repair and quickly and effectively gathered all the info to get it done. I cannot speak highly enough about the Nationwide Infiniti of Nissan Service Center in Timonium. I came in with a repair needed and concerned over how much it would cost. I was treated with respect and support from the minute I pulled up. My Service Advisor, Robert Bolden, was nothing short of phenomenal. He saw the stress this put on me and made sure I was taken care of. Robert made sure we walked away happy and loving Infiniti (mission accomplished).
