Hesitating to reset pincode on a newly purchased mechnical lock when no access of its original pincode，and the demo video seems more complicated. Then I called and reached Wanda for tech assitance, she is brilliant to understand and reminder something I miss it to retrieve the original pincode. She is so nice, kowledgeable and good attitude all makes my day. I could install this lock finally. Great thanks to Wanda there !!
Meh, we had one of their fences installed a year ago, locking mechanism isn't quite right so I have to reply on bungee cords to keep the fence secure. I've tried customer service and I've tried their installer, neither of whom showed any interest in trying to help resolve the problem. It's only been up for a year, I don't mind paying somebody to fix it but, the manufacturer doesn't stand behind the product and you can't even find a local installer who will do repairs.
