First of all I wanted start of by stating, not only did Victor process our loan, but he was very helpful with answering any question we had as first time buyers. He was really thorough with the information he was providing us and explaining the info so we could understand it. Even after we closed escrow, Victor still keeps making himself available to answer any questions big or small that benefits our financial future with our home. We will continue working with victor.
