They are a scam big time. For two years I have tried to delete them from receiving Faxes, and all to no avail.

Constantly sending unsolicited faxes to our business offering loans. Calling to opt out of these doesn't work.

*Edited to add* I have changed my star rating to 4 stars just for the fact that someone in the company reached out to explain the situation with the unsolicited faxes. I have never worked with this company but would be open to the possibility.* Sick and tired of receiving these faxes. Have tried numerous times to opt out, to no avail. Have called the number at the bottom of the fax. Dummy number. Have tried to fax them back at the sending number. Also a dummy number. Will NEVER use a company that has no integrity!!!! In response to Ed - you must have this company confused with another company of similar name. The company only offers home loans for SFR's, condos, townhomes, and 2-4 unit residential properties. This company doesn't deal with anything having to do with timeshares or other type of properties including mobile or manufactured housing.
