Started off okay, couldn't complain too much and their work ethic was good, but as time got ahead of them and other more lucrative commitments came into the fold they abandoned their work leaving our downstairs toilet incomplete. I even tried withholding a small proportion of money from them so that they would come back and complete but they weren't interested. All in all the bathrooms look okay but its the finishing which really lets it down and the attitude at the end: toilet seat left off in frustration, waste not fitted ... read more
