They are impossible to deal with. I'm a new member as of Jan. 1st, and I'm still getting the run around for a presc., that I started attempting to get in Jan. and I still haven't received it. It is a total run around joke!!! Then I'm quoted a price for it, almost $3000.00 and they want it paid in 3 months. Are they crazy? It is a major med, I'm about to say forget it. This isn't worth the hassle. I see why people go out of country.
OptumRX consistently drops the ball when filling my sons insulin. They almost always send the wrong amount whenever there is a change in his treatment regimen. Then its a constant fight because they have to send out additional insulin due to their shortfalls. I wish my insurance was with someone else but unfortunately I have to continue to deal with these issues.
It’s all been an awful experience overall. It’s never easy getting the medications I need and they’re never on time. Not good when you have multiple autoimmune diseases. Grateful for the smart and kind employees that do their best to help.
To require customers to visit the Dr every 3 months for common meds like birth control is too expensive both financially, and physically. You should be reported...oh great idea, I WILL be filing a complaint with the Attorney General!
