Staff very friendly and online portal is a great idea. Unfortunately the repairs quoted were a little on the high side so did not proceed. Used another reputable mechanic who completed the job for a considerable amount less.

Had Jake last year. Legend. This year the lady in the office was rude and not receptive to any feedback. Failed a pit inspection, feedback was so vague. I diagnosed the fault in 1 minute, and I am not a mechanic. Had to pay for a diagnosis?? Another pit inspection fee (1minute). Obviously it is a business and trying to bring money in, but that’s taking the mick. Won’t return, customer service has gone backwards
