horrid people and company – they are horrible! they will not negotiate with you at all! very rude and act like you are the scum of the earth and they hate you. they break lots of laws and when you tell them i lost my job so this months payment cant come out they do it anyways!! and the bank will keep trying to take it out over and over and you will get fees and fees added to your bank account.
