From the moment I was contacted by NCRC when I reported an accident to my Motability car I was impressed by the service I received. Someone came from NCRC to collect my car from my home and to leave a replacement with 20 miles on the clock! I was able to track my repair on the website which I found really useful and I had a number of telephone contacts to keep me up to date with progress. I worked at nationwide, everybody was great but 1 person in the office she was the most horrible person I have ever met ,I would never work there again
