Perfect experience start to finish through a very tough time. Thank you for being there for us when we needed you the most. The quality of service is second to none. Staff is clearly trained to listen and tailor services to any kinds of special needs or arrangements. I can’t thank you enough!
I waited 4 hours for my child to be treated. Why.
They were WORLDS beyond the care we received from Yale New Haven Hospital. They LISTENED to us and were extremely attentive to my son's needs. Their Palliative Care and Hospice team have to be the top in the nation. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely horrible they are in no rush to assist anyone they claim that children with bigger emergencies take precedence which is fine but a whole hour went by without them coming in the lobby to assist or call anyone back they were walking back and forth chatting and laughing with each other and drinking coffee while me and my 10 month old with croup symptoms sat in the lobby for 5 hours. They should be ashamed of themselves
If u planning to come here be prepared to wait from 6 to 8 hours or more to just get a room so a doctor can see you children.not a joke
