They look patient late after joining the bed. After 45 minutes late that is no good for sick babies
Amazing services, the nurses, doctors, surgeons, and every other working man or woman in this hospital are angels sent from God !!!
They saved my son’s life. They wasted no time and the critical care team worked together as a team to determine what was happening with my son. They kept me informed the whole time, brought in extra staff to sit with me until my husband could arrive because I was beside myself. If it wasn’t for these doctors and nurses my son would have died.
It's supposed to be the fastest emergency room in the world, because they treat children and infants. But it's the opposite. I'm with my son, who has an allergy flare-up and needs quick care, and it's been the opposite. Five hours in the room waiting to be seen. If you need URGENT care for your children, this is not the place!
Honestly terrible experience….. came in for severe head pain in toddler & they diagnosed us and discharged us with stomach flu. We sat in a room for 8 hours and no tests were ran at all. Numbed for an IV and didn’t come back for over an hour. Numbing was wore off then we were told they weren’t comfort placing IV and needed someone else to do it. That person never came in our room. Never been. More dissatisfied with the care we received.
