Wait time is ridiculous and people that came after I got here are being taking back first.. and they don't look all that sick to me.. been here three hours just for everyone to go back before my son

Yesterday we went to Urgent care in this same building and spent 4 hours in the Urgent care with no resolution. My son aspirated food into his lungs. He needs a bronchoscopy. He cannot breathe without pain. He cannot stop coughing, for days. He hasn’t slept or eaten in 2 days. They scheduled a pulmonary specialist in three weeks… 3 weeks! He will have pneumonia by then. He is getting significantly worse so I brought him back to the ER. We’ve been here for 5 hours and haven’t been seen yet. I swear you sneeze in this building... read more
