This location is awful. my daughter was referred for a cardiology workup and the staff was clueless. they didn’t even know how to perform an EKG or take blood pressure properly and i had to be called back to “help” because their ineptitude was freaking out my kid. the “consult” from the cardiologist was something i could have found out from Google in about 30 seconds. i am not sure how this person was in medical school for a decade plus and seemed to not know much more than me. Very unprofessional. Arrived on time for an ENT appointment. Was forced to wait 45 minutes in a hot waiting room while a half dozen other patients who arrived after us were called. No one communicated if there was a delay. We felt ignored, neglected, and taken advantage of. If you’re going to offer a service, especially in the medical field, and even more so with children, then treat people better.
