Our 11-year-old daughter has been attending physical therapy at this facility for the past seven weeks following reconstructive surgery on the ligaments in her left knee. 2 hours waiting, if it is an urgent care it is so that they attend quickly, what my daughter has can be serious and they make us wait 2 hours? It doesn't make sense, And on the other hand, the address that appears on the map is not the correct one, when I got there they sent me to another place where it was the hospital
My family has utilized the Dublin location for a few years as needed and from subpar care (a provider walking out of the room WHILE I was speaking to him about my child) and the most unorganized billing (nearly every visit is billed incorrectly or not even submitted to insurance) and you have to hound them to fix it. I have pending visits from over 13 months ago and I seem to be the only one doing anything to help get it resolved.
