Prepare to wait if you're coming in for an allergy challenge. Despite us having an appointment, we still waited more than an hour just to get the medicine from the pharmacy even though her appointment had been scheduled for more than a month. Nurse Manager Lisa was very nice and apologizing assuring me this was not the norm. All other nurses and Doctor were very sweet and super nice.
Nationwide Children's is the absolute best place to go if you suspect your child might have food allergies. The staff at their new Food Allergy Treatment Center are all wonderful and took such great care of our daughter. Dr. Stukus is incredibly generous with his time and his expertise is unparalleled. Staffs, nurses doctor are very nice, friendly and polite, except the lady at cafe. we came on weekday, did skin test, everything was quick, did not wait for long.
We recently visited for a food challenge. The allergy clinic staff was very friendly with my son and me. They explained every step and communicated the results well.
